From the Second World War and National Service to the Falklands, Iraq and Afghanistan, generations have served and sacrificed for our country. For some, the consequences of service last a lifetime.

I would like to give a big thank you to all the service men and women that are keeping our country safe ❤️ and to thank all our soldiers that have given their lives for our country, you are remembered I can assure you!

I tried to give something back to my country (AST for 2622 Squadron) but failed on mental health records. The next best thing I could think of was to give straight to veterans who we try to help. I listen to a lot of veterans stories so its a reminder to myself that I’m not alone with the war that goes on in the mind.
