Where would we all be without you wonderful brave people who put your life on the line daily for all of us. You deserve so much more than you receive from all of us for your service and devotion. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

The AF Covenant here in North Cumbria is a) not widely known to public, not seen much publicised in public areas & b) when AF in trouble & disadvantaged- with Police & Criminal Justice system via complex PTSD , advanrtages (if any) (OPNOVA) not promoted to them. I speak from long term personal experience of my own NI Veteran son with learning & behavoioural difficulties as the saying goes " shooting himnself in the foot"! We no longer have a regular strategic or volumtary AF Group of interested others, including public services & monitoring the situation here – & no wide access to information regarding the “AF Covenant group” seen. Although Carlisle United have a welcome open door to Veterans & could be widely built up on & promoted as always been a KORBR Infantry – huge recruiting area,

Any and every British Government’s first priority is the defence of its people and the support of its armed forces as the means to achieve it: lest they forget.
