Thank you for your service, your bravery, and your immense selflessness. You have willingly sacrificed your comfort, your safety, your time with loved ones, and your own bodies so that we may live in peace and freedom. You gave up your own freedom to guard ours, enduring hardships most of us will never fully understand.

I know that for many of you, the sacrifice does not end when active duty finishes, and that you carry the physical and invisible wounds of that service every single day.

Please know that your sacrifice is seen, valued, and deeply honored. We owe you a debt of gratitude that can never truly be repaid, and I stand with you today, tomorrow, and always.
