Having a nephew in the paras is one of the most amazing things to see as an aunty. It is only when you are this close to army life you see the real dangers personal are in. Thankyou for all your service! Your service to your country is undeniable. The advise you will have given to your colleagues and encouragement I am sure they will never forget! Always know without you veterans we wouldn’t be living in a country like we are today! You all need to be done better by, there is no denying this. I just hope you know how much respect the UK has for you all x
